Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of boats offered through the website italiancharter.store by Anna Guarino (SEA SUITE DI GUARINO ANNA), hereinafter "the Renter".

2. Booking process

Before making any payment, the customer must contact the Renter via WhatsApp or email (italiancharter1811@libero.it) to confirm the actual availability of the requested date. A payment made without prior date confirmation does not automatically guarantee boat availability.

3. Prices and payment methods

The deposit is paid online via Stripe at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash when picking up the boat.

4. Fuel

For the 6m Boat — Open Sundeck, the price does not include fuel: the boat is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. For the 10m Boat — Cabin Cruiser, fuel is included in the price, along with aperitif, ice and skipper service.

5. Rental hours

The daily rental covers the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM time slot, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in advance with the Renter.

6. Cancellations and changes

Requests to cancel or change a booking must be communicated as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. The deposit paid is refundable only for cancellations communicated at least 72 hours in advance of the booked date. For cancellations communicated less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is not refundable.

7. Customer responsibility

The customer agrees to:

• Use the boat with due care, complying with recreational boating regulations;
• Not exceed the maximum number of people on board indicated in each boat's technical specifications;
• Compensate for any damage caused to the boat or third parties due to improper use, negligence, or violation of safety regulations during the rental period;
• Present a valid ID document at pick-up.

8. Limitations and exclusions

The Renter is not liable for delays, service disruptions, or inability to provide the service due to force majeure, including adverse sea and weather conditions, orders from maritime authorities, or other events not attributable to the Renter.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where applicable under the Italian Consumer Code.
